John brings over 30 years experience in institutional real estate markets. His experience extends across balanced real estate funds and long lease real estate funds including the fund management of the Aviva Linked Property Fund valued at over £3.5bn. He led a team to launch and raise capital for the AXA Long Lease Property Fund. He has a passion for innovation and the application of prop-tech solutions.

Outside of work, John is a keen road cyclist and a county bowls player. He is also an active investor in innovative start-up and scale-up companies.
