As a natural progression to the Investors in the Community (IIC) Programme, Mill Group is launching the Investors in Housing Fund.
By embracing and maintaining the same ethos, the Investors in Housing Fund is a new proposition, independent of PFI or other Government involvement.
Investors in Housing Fund is designed to provide long term contracted cash flows coupled with the prospect of house price appreciation by investing in London (and in due course UK) residential real estate. This will provide potential home-owners with new opportunities to achieve the home they desire - sooner than they expect, in the location they want - through Co-investment.
